Supervise the entire regions Content and Communications strategy for FIBA in the Americas to amplify it\'s players, coaches, and federations. Responsible for yearly budget with vendors, freelancers, and outside agencies working closely with regional office. Source possible business proposals and opportunities in the U.S. regarding content partnerships, branding, and sponsorships. Generate content and business development campaigns that augment each competition in the region with our host countries and partners. Develop digital content strategies for both the domain and social platforms to engage target audiences, driving impressions and achieving goals to foster business growth. Organize and assess production procedures with potential vendors to service our event basic production standard guidelines for linear television and digital streaming. Create Detailed content plans for on domain and social platforms for both day-to-day editorial coverages in addition to major tent pole events such as AmeriCup’s, World Cup’s, and Olympics. Oversee the implementation of FIBA\'s standard services, and communications matters before and during FIBA Americas events. Oversee the Social team in managing all social accounts, content strategies, and workflows. Innovate and develop new content, social, and broadcast integration projects to attract new audiences and opportunities for the FIBA brand. Supervise the Editorial team, both remote and on-site, in the creation and publication of content across various platforms. Work closely with regional CEO to negotiate potential deals across the Americas that bring revenue to Americas office. Assisted the FIBA Youth Development Program to help international players gain exposure with scouts at the collegiate level. Aided in the selection process of international players for the FIBA Youth Development camp on a yearly basis.
