ABOUT JAIME GOMEZ DIEZ
I am a rising 3L at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Though I am still exploring the different practice areas, I am interested in finance and corporate transactions. I graduated from Northeastern University in 2021 with a B.S. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. This interdisciplinary background has nurtured my interest in researching and understanding the intersections between the theoretical and empirical sides of any field of law, as well as molded me into a flexible, creative thinker and lifelong learner. Studying the intersectionality of Politics, Philosophy and Economics has allowed me to assess diverse sets of problems and find relevant solutions. Whether it was while helping the residents of Commonwealth of Massachusetts while working for The Community Engagement Division of The Attorney General’s Office or reviewing and analyzing an international patent application at Wolf, Greenfield & Sacks, I was tackling issues with efficiency, efficacy, and above all, an open mind. Throughout my work experience I have strengthened my attentiveness and organizational skills to make the most out of my background, and become an upstanding colleague on any team, firm or field.
