Jaime Escallon-Buraglia is a seasoned entertainment executive with over 25 years of experience. He is currently the General Manager of TRU, Hybe’s Latin Pop label, where he is pioneering a 360° approach to discovering and launching emerging talent across the region.A former Head of Development at EndemolShine Boomdog, Latin America’s largest factual producer, Jaime is an Emmy-winning writer, director, and showrunner whose career spans five continents and nine languages. He has produced, written, and directed seven feature films, a dozen scripted series, and more than 150 documentaries, and has served as showrunner for global hits including Married at First Sight, The X Factor, The 50, Deal or No Deal, and Survivor.Recognized by the National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP) as a rising talent and a finalist at the Toronto International Film Festival’s Talent Lab, Jaime continues to innovate in the entertainment industry.
