I am a proven developer of people that is passionate about seeing others meet their personal and professional potential. I have led 5 districts across Northern California giving me exposure to diverse markets and demographics. I lead my portfolio to achieve results by putting partner (employee) care first. As a District Manager I perform a large amount of HR Generalist job functions such as: assisting talent acquisition and recruitment processes, conducting employee onboarding and organizing training and development initiatives, provide support to both employees and advise peers on HR related topics, ensure compliance with labor regulations, organize quarterly employee performance reviews, enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, ensuring employees know about Starbucks benefits and organizing team building activities, gathers and analyzes HR data and uses to build portfolio strategy.I act as an advisor on talent and HR matters to my peers, working closely with cross functional partners to achieve goals that support the Area. I use my expertise in Ethics and Compliance to contribute to quarterly DM trainings building capability of DM\'s across the Region.
