   In the Program Management space we design and manufacture custom/bespoke dispense towers or fonts for beverage companies around the world. These products are much more technical than handles and have been very rewarding to manage. Below is a little summary of what I do on a daily basis- Oversee product lifecycle for multiple technical projects (with a particular focus on beverage dispense towers/fonts) and other high-value projects/programs/products for customer accounts across the EMEA, APAC and AMERICAS zones- Prepare cost estimates, pricing proposals, and detailed project plans for all phases of each project- Manage budgets to ensure accountability across project teams and that each project is proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards- Work closely with the Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure product specification documents/drawings are accurate and understood- Develop and use reports to track, evaluate and mitigate risks to meet department and business goals- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership- Create training documentation and implement training initiatives for systems and processes (member of Kaizen Team focused on continuous improvement)
