Cascade Designs is a collection of six category-leading brands and over a dozen outdoor product categories. As the Sr North American Specialty Sales Manager I’m responsible for the long-term sales growth, and achievement of sales for all Cascade Designs Outdoor brands and product categories in the Specialty Outdoor channel.Daily activities include:Development and implementation of sales strategy to ensure long-term market leadership and growth. Maintain knowledge of the competitive and retail landscape Ensures that the sales teams are provided with the tools, programs, and resources to be best in class.Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Sales leadership teams in determining appropriate in season sales initiatives.Evaluate incentive programs for their effectiveness and for alignment with company financial goals.Create and gives compelling sales presentations that build our brands and increase sales and profit. Collaborate with Product Line Management, Sales Operations and Marketing teams in planning, presenting, content creation and execution of domestic sales meetings, trade shows and other sales events as needed.
