Fueling innovation at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and data science.Driven by an early curiosity about how science and engineering can transform lives, I have built a career as a biomedical engineer passionate about advancing patient care. My academic journey led me to complete an MSc in Precision Medicine with Distinction from University College London, specializing in medical imaging, genomics and AI-driven healthcare solutions. What drives me:I thrive on tackling interdisciplinary challenges that require collaboration across engineering, medicine, and computational science. Whether it’s developing scalable data pipelines for handling sensitive medical data, applying machine learning to bioimaging, or uncovering insights from complex datasets, I’m motivated by work that makes a tangible impact on patient outcomes. A few highlights of my journey:• Developed Python-based machine learning models to analyze disease progression and classify subtypes in neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, enabling more precise understanding and potential patient stratification.• Developed algorithms to detect and analyze motion artifacts in prostate cancer MR imaging, improving diagnostic accuracy.• Designed and developed a custom GUI software for optical intrinsic signal imaging, enabling real-time acquisition and analysis of rodent brain reflectance images using a CMOS camera.• Leveraged bioinformatics tools for GWAS and polygenic risk scores, contributing to cutting-edge research in genetic predispositions. Where I’m heading:I’m excited to continue advancing healthcare through innovation. My goal is to contribute to emerging fields like AI-powered diagnostics, bioinformatics, medical imaging and medical devices, where technology meets medicine to enhance patient care. I’m particularly drawn to projects that demand creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of biology and data science.
