About Jaime Anderson
My love and interest in the fashion industry grew out of a desire to design clothing that would fit my friends who could not find clothing that fit. Since then, my love of the industry has grown and I have been able to work in various roles and assume various responsibilities. Through working as a sales associate, interning at a couture bridal salon in London, assisting backstage at several fashion shows, working in the event industry, and eventually coming to work at Deckers Brands and working my way up to a Sr. Material Developer, I have been able to gain valuable knowledge and skills in a variety of areas. My objective is to obtain employment within my field of study so that I can work within the industry I love while continuing to increase my knowledge and experience. I am a firm believer that there is always room for continuous improvement and my goal is to continually improve my knowledge and skills in order to become a more valuable employee and contributor within the industry.
