The passion to develop outstanding renewable energy projects was our shared vision when Jeff Macel and I founded the company in 2013.Lodestar brings together an experienced solar development team (with over 500 MWs of project developed) and the discipline to focus on the right markets, screen opportunities quickly, and bring the right debt and tax equity financing to maximize value.We have developed, built, and financed over $250 million in projects in the past 8 years and own and operate 65 MWs through tax equity partnerships. We have have a robust portfolio of solar and storage projects in Northeast in various stages of development. While we occasionally sell projects, but our goal is to own and operate 100% of our assets.
