ABOUT JAILYNN JOHNSON
Welcoming challenge, embracing ambiguity, and showing gratitude are all skills that I have learned throughout my time at Michigan Technological University. Now, as I take my next steps forward in starting my Chemistry career at Sherwin-Williams, I am still finding ways to give back along the way. In addition to being an Associate Chemist, I am also an Alumni Recruitment Coordinator functioning primarily for underrepresented minorities in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. As I continue to grow and challenge myself, I never want to lose sight of the importance of contribution and meaningful leadership.
