In this role, I escort patients from the waiting room and sit in on their appointments with the neurologist. During each visit, I take detailed notes on the patient’s condition, any changes to their treatment plan, and the timing of their next followup. I also contact patients scheduled for Telehealth appointments and document those encounters as well.

As a fourth-year Biomedical Sciences major on the pre-medical track at the University of Central Florida with a minor in Medical Sociology, I’m passionate about the intersection of science, medicine, and community. Being the first in my family to pursue a healthcare career has fueled my dedication to creating pathways for others like me and promoting equitable access to quality care.Throughout my undergraduate journey, I’ve developed strong leadership and collaboration skills through my involvement in pre-health organizations, research, and service initiatives. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to serving others, advancing health equity, and contributing to a more compassionate healthcare system. I want to continue mentoring others who share my passion for medicine while growing into a physician who listens, learns, and leads with integrity.
