I started as a software engineer, then worked in the U.S. as a business strategy consultant. But even with all that progress, I didn’t feel like I was moving forward. I was driven and hardworking—but stuck in a cycle of constant busyness without real direction.When I came back to India to lead my family’s tea farming business, I thought things would slow down and get clearer. They didn’t. I was managing across agriculture, e-commerce, and tech—all at once. I was running multiple businesses, but everything felt messy. I was exhausted and burned out.Then something shifted.I paused. I started working with coaches, got back into reading, and began a spiritual practice focused on reflection and presence. That’s when I realized the real problem wasn’t time or ability—it was lack of rhythm. The answer wasn’t more hustle—it was building steady, simple systems.I started to simplify. I created weekly routines, focused only on what truly mattered, and built systems to track my progress. That change—from constant effort to calm rhythm—transformed how I worked and led. Over time, I created a personal system I call UnstoppableOS, and it became the way I now run everything I do.Today, I help founders find that same rhythm.I built Clapgrow—a SaaS tool that helps teams plan and execute with weekly focus. I design ERP and workflow systems for real-world businesses—from services to manufacturing.
