Final-year Computer Science and Business Systems student currently working as an Application Reliability Operations Intern in the Production Management Group (PMG) – Alternative Investment Services at State Street.I work closely with enterprise production systems, focusing on application stability, incident analysis, batch and data pipeline monitoring, and infrastructure coordination. This role has given me hands-on exposure to how large-scale financial systems behave in real production environments.Alongside operational responsibilities, I actively use my CS background to build Python-based automation that reduces manual effort, improves alerting quality, tracks task/SLA adherence, and supports proactive reliability management.My technical interests include:Python for automation and operational toolingLinux & SQL for production debuggingIncident management, RCA, and system reliabilityMonitoring, alerting, and SRE fundamentalsCurrently in my final year and open to learning, mentorship, and reliability-focused engineering opportunities.
