Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers engaged in the following duties: operating singleor multi-stage mineral processing machinery and equipment. Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures. Administer training programs toensure proper operations, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures. Maintaining compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety policies and recommend measures toimprove health and safety. Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervise and inspect the installation, modification and commissioning of mechanical systems at constructionsites. Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials to handle most common repairs andsituations. Develop maintenance standards, schedules and programs and provide guidance to maintenance crews. Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems. Repair and replace electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic and electronic components such as motors, contactors,relays, timers etc, Expertise in equipment’s like:i. Jaw Crushers (C106, C120)ii. Cone Crushers (HP100, HP300, GP220, GP330, GP11F) VSI (B7150 & B9100)iv. Vibrating Screens (DS1855, CVB1845 & CVB2060)
