As a Graphic Designer with growing experience in the bidding sector, I’ve helped to deliver high level and strategic design outputs catered towards winning the best work and opportunities, positioning Mace as a leading, global organisation and aiding the acquisition of quality projects. Encompassing both print and digital design, my outputs have shaped our international presence through tender and pre-tender work, strengthened our bold, distinctive brand, and provided opportunities for others to grow and excel within their careers. As a volunteer member of our Pride at Mace Steering Committee, I have lead the creative direction of our award winning Pride campaigns, featuring new and innovative designs made to promote inclusion and welfare. This involved the typical design process, alongside working with environmental designers and architects to achieve the most impactful, thought provoking outcomes. I have also gained valued insight into the Marketing and Communications department, developing meaningful skills in developing wider-seen designs for large scale outputs.
