About Jaiden Plaisir
Hey there! My name is Jaiden Plaisir, and I am currently a sophomore at George Washington University. I am majoring in Accountancy while exploring the fields of real estate and entrepreneurship. Being from Brooklyn, New York, I watched the constant growth and change in the city. The transformation of buildings, neighborhoods, and businesses to better serve the community made me curious about the whole investment and construction process along with their impact on different stakeholders. My curiosity took me to a few real estate clubs at GW where I got to learn more about the field and also got an internship where I help with market research and financial modeling for expansion. Outside of my business experiences, my experience in fashion and content creation has equipped me with a good eye for presentation and branding, while being a lifeguard has taught me to focus, hold accountability and remain calm under pressure. Overall I have developed strong analytical thinking skills, a creative, progressive, and people-first energy that comes to every project and team.
