Experienced in leading through technical vision, strategy, structure and efficiency and growing diverse teams across multiple geographies.Some highlights from past experiences:As VP Engineering @ Shift Technology was responsible for defining the technical strategy helping grow the business to a multi-product insurance suite and leading to a unicorn valuation.At Microsoft, I led the development on some high-visibility projects - D365 AI for Sales, Ambient Computing, Sales Intelligence, Microsoft PowerApps, Project Siena, Power View, Windows Identity Foundation - and contributed in shipping other classic Microsoft products such as Office 15, SQL Server 2012.Net Framework 4.0 and 3.5, Active Directory client libraries. Was on the founding team of PowerApps delivering on the mission to empower enterprise knowledge workers transform into citizen developers using a low-code, declarative paradigm. Built the compiler and the runtime components of PowerApps before transitioning into the world of Business AI where I collaborated on building the Sales intelligence product that shipped as the first predictive lead scoring application as part of Dynamics 365.
