PMO is the central hub that provides structure and centralized coordination in order to support, enable and ensure Projects and Programs achieve objectives.Current portfolio consists of 2 customers (Pensions & Insurance) and the following programmesof work an offshore Transition programme,(Aegon Change programmes)- regulatory, IT criticalmaintenance and Operational transformation,(Royal London Group programmes) – Runprogramme and a migration programme. Developed a new governance model for the EB Regulatory Portfolio to be executed via JointCheckpoint Clinics Undertook a root and branch review of the EB Regulatory Portfolio project deliverymethodologies. Organised workshops with senior stakeholders, walking them through the benefits of introducinga central planning function that could cater for all BAU portfolios across the board therebyensuring tighter controls and independent oversight of projects. Introduced fortnightly project checkpoint clinics and EVM to review project deliverables andbudget thereby reducing wastage and leaks Introduced automation to reduce manual repetitive tasks thereby freeing up resource to take on additional services.
