I am the Founder of Charak Dhenu Foods, a purpose-driven food brand deeply rooted in Vedic wisdom, Ayurveda, and India’s traditional food sciences. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the food and Vedic industry, my journey has been guided by a single belief: food is medicine, and purity is the first step toward a disease-free life.From my early days, I have been inspired by the teachings of Maharishi Charak and ancient Indian practices that emphasize natural living and preventive health. My mission is simple yet powerful—to keep India disease-free, chemical-free, and connected to its original food traditions.At Charak Dhenu Foods, we create sulphur-free, traditionally processed products using A2 cow milk, desi khand, gur, ghee, and natural ingredients, without shortcuts or harmful chemicals. Every product reflects decades of learning, experimentation, and commitment to ethical sourcing and authentic methods.I strongly believe that many modern lifestyle diseases stem from adulterated food and forgotten wisdom.
