About Jaida Nabayan
Jaida works at the nexus of climate resilience, cities, and land use policy. At the County of Sonoma, her team\'s commitment to environmental sustainability culminated in the approval of a $2.27M Climate Resilience Comprehensive Action Plan. The first-ever County plan focuses on nature-based solutions, decarbonization, and energy efficiency, to reach carbon neutrality goals using GHG accounting.Jaida has worked extensively with local governments, both as a consultant and public service employee, to enable organizations to center climate resilience, justice, and transitions for communities most impacted by climate change.
