I have good experience and strong Understanding to work in software maintenance and production support (worked on SQL and Linux Commands for day to day production operation). Part of ADMO (Application Development, Maintenance and Operations) CoreBSS cluster applications which are critical to the business. Good experience in resolving issues through tickets within SLA and providing RCA as per the request. Good command on App monitoring and data flow monitoring. Worked in 24*7 shifts in live environment. In Addition to this I have good knowledge on Artificial Intelligence, Adobe Photoshop (my free time play ground) and I am very much interested to move to the cloud environment. I have additional knowledge on Java where I can write codes with ease. I wrote a fun code called (FLAMES) when I\'m in my bachelors degree which we used to play as a kid in INDIA to find out the relation with our crush.
