I\'m a Middle Office Analyst at Linedata Technology in Mumbai, where I spend my days making sure trades, positions, and cash flows all add up correctly across different asset classes - everything from equities and bonds to derivatives and FX.I graduated as the Gold Medalist in Finance from Madras School of Economics, which I\'m really proud of. But honestly, what excites me more is taking what I learned and applying it to real operational challenges.What I actually do:My main focus is reconciliation - comparing our internal records with what custodians and counterparties are showing us. When something doesn\'t match (a trade break, position difference, or settlement issue), I dig in to figure out why and fix it. I work with hedge fund and fixed income clients, so accuracy isn\'t optional.I\'m always interested in connecting with people working in middle office, operations, risk, or anyone who\'s passionate about making financial operations smoother and more efficient.
