I am a Product Support Engineer transitioning into a Backend Developer role, with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and MySQL.I have worked closely with engineering, product, and business teams while debugging production issues, analyzing logs, handling merchant/payment-related incidents, and resolving high-priority escalations.
