ABOUT JOEL HUTCHENS
Currently serving as the DTMS manager for a Field Artillery Battalion (approx 550 Soldiers). My main responsibilities include reviewing Unit Training Schedules and reviewing/updating individual Soldier records. Additionally, I serve as a Fire Support Non-Commissioned Officer. I\'m responsible for managing a small team of soldiers conducting fire support, security, and anti-terrorism operations. I regularly supervise, train, and evaluate 30+ soldiers in fire-support tasks while being responsible for over worth of equipment. I\'m extremely passionate about serving my country and strive to use the skills I\'ve acquired through the military to make a positive impact on my community and civilian career.
