Coordinate with the Commercial team to manage invoicing duties. Prepare, issue, and track sales invoices ensuring all necessary documentation and contract compliance manually into Microsoft Navision.Uploading the invoices into Client Portal such as Tradex, Ariba, One invoice.Maintain the list of Posted Invoices very week.Prepare monthly accruals.Maintain accurate billing schedules and track job spending against client purchase orders. Follow up with clients on overdue invoices and resolve any invoicing queries. Assist with preparing cost reports, contract reviews, and monitoring client purchase order spending. Ensure timely submission of invoices to facilitate on-time payments.Support the Commercial team in updating billing schedules and managing recoverable costs. Perform other tasks as required by management
