I am an outgoing individual with a strong interest in analyzing scenarios and creating solutions. I have a passion for technology, recruiting, diversity & inclusion, leading by example, and building success. Through my experiences so far, I have gained some extremely valuable skills in sourcing/interviewing, operational functions, project management, conflict resolution, and high ethical standards. I graduated with a degree from the Pennsylvania State University in Psychology (B.S.) with a specialized focus in Business. I also have a minor in Information Sciences & Technology for Labor Studies and Employee Relations. My education at Penn State has also further strengthened these skills and has given me the insight and discipline I need in my lifelong pursuit of learning. My strong sense of motivation to continue learning has allowed me to be very open minded and someone who maintains resiliency and dedication in every environment I am faced with.
