I\'ve always had high expectations for customer service. It\'s where I started when I was 16. I\'ve been taught to always empathize with the customer and treat them how I\'d like to be treated. I feel like customer service isn\'t what it used to be. I\'d like to help bring it back to how it should be, when employees would say hi to customers and not avoid eye contact or pretend not to hear someone asking for help. Also over the phone, it\'s great to get ahold of someone who wants to genuinely help and solve the problem at hand. I\'m committed to providing extraordinary customer service and look at every single customer as job security and am grateful for their patronage. Without the customer there is no business. Without business the doors close.
