End User Technology, prepares end user IT environments; installs and troubleshoots problems with endpoints and company peripherals, Microsoft OS and applications, local area network and analyzes operations to maintain computer desktop environment both locally and remotely.• Manage Active Directory access and group permissions.• Monitor and remediate device compliance using Microsoft Intune.• Enhance authentication protocols using Entra ID and PIM.• Analyze Azure host pool health; optimize session routing.• Troubleshoot Azure Containers and Storage Accounts.• Configure computers using KACE; ensure compliance- Provides support to end users for Hardware, software and local area networks issues. Responsibilities and duties may change due to operational needs.• Spirit Airlines’ Azure Virtual Desktop migration.• Migration of CAE Movement Manager and upgrade of Flight Plan Manager.• Upgrade from Avtec Console 4 to 5.11; managed Avtec Verint Recording project.• Reduced P1 incidents in the OCC by implementing proactive solutions.• Led OCC hardware upgrades; managed A/V maintenance.• Supported Flight Explorer reconfiguration; assisted in storage transitions.• Participated in multiple networking team upgrades and service cutovers.Built a home server for virtualization, storage, and a dedicated pen-test lab using Kali Linux, Wireshark, and Metasploit, enhancing cybersecurity skills.
