ABOUT JAHDIEL LARRAGUIBEL
I help clients navigate complex intellectual property disputes and regulatory compliance. My practice focuses on supporting clients seeking to protect their innovations or clear the path to market across industries ranging from biotech and life sciences to interactive media technologies. I have particular expertise in pharmaceutical patent litigation under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations and advising on regulatory matters, especially those overseen by Health Canada. I also assist with related IP disputes, including trademark and copyright litigation, and provide guidance on IP licensing and commercialization strategies. In addition, I am a Certified Information Privacy Professional, complementing my IP practice. I serve on the Executive Board of the Toronto Intellectual Property Group and am an active member of several committees within the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada and the Canadian Bar Association.
