I\'m working at the intersection of business development and product, basically doing product discovery and client-facing product work.What I actually do:• Run discovery workshops with enterprise clients to understand their problems and map out what solutions they need• Create user personas, user stories, and user journey maps• Work with product and design teams to spec out employee portals, dashboards, and mobile solutions• Pitch digital solutions to clients (pitched to L&T, Jio-bp)• Currently building and testing AI agent-based systemsWhat this has taught me about Product Management:• How to facilitate workshops and get real insights from stakeholders• How to translate messy business problems into product requirements• How to work with cross-functional teams (design, tech, sales)• How to balance what clients want vs what\'s actually feasible
