Namaste! I am a copywriter. I sit at my desk and think, looking around at people with technical roles, focusing on their screens while jotting down something on their notepad or scribble board in front as they talk to their colleague about stuff, which I do not get. All the while I am waiting for my brain to pop an ‘insight’ like Ishan Awashthi’s brain did calculations. It is enjoyable and also difficult to research, brainstorm, and conjure a ‘catchy & quirky line’ or an ‘insight’ that slaps.This job of jumping personalities to understand and create a brand story from scratch is a labor of love. Working with a bunch of brands now, I am at my baby number, some no greater than 6.Currently this nondriver is behind the wheel, driving on an automobile highway at CarDekho Group.
