McD Digitization, an initiative to improve McDonald’s BI system, by consolidating its Master, Inventory, and transactional data in a global data warehouse. This includes working with McD globally to build new ETL integration, data validation and data warehouse. Part of this project is to start using new APIs developed by McD to upload it to their consolidated global data warehouse. Part of this project is the replacement of the existing CFM system with SIM and PIM implementation. Introduction of GS1 standard SKU and Globalisation of suppliers. • Road to power BI, Initiative to consolidate, standardise and globalise existing markets local report into the global report. This includes migration from existing BI tools to Ms Power BI and snowflake to reduce the cost of operating multiple warehouses into one Global data warehouse. • Benefit Realisation Management and process flow to be implemented starting with SCIS. This included updating the existing PMO Governance Model, New Process Flow for benefits realisation and tracking, RACI and Templates • Low-touch Forecasting enhance forecasting while minimizing human intervention using machine learning, automation, and external causal factors. • Planner Master Workbench provides a single, advanced, interactive user interface for all Supply Chain Planners (DCSP/ROP/Promo) to monitor and prioritize their key activities and allow “what-if” scenarios management to support decision-making. • DCSP Automation, Enhance ALB functionality to improve the accuracy of the load generated, data refresh throughout the day with up-to-date information to reduce response time to potential issues and provide a greater focus on proactive actions. Shelf life parameters will be considered in the planning logic.
