Created dashboards that sift through massive amounts of pre-clinical data covering 90 of Takeda’s drugs in development, across more than 140 studies & 5 species. Dashboard allows users to rapidly select, visualize and compare data. • Lead a team of data scientists and leverage secondary use of data through descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to offer innovative visualization, analysis, integration, and engineering solutions for various therapeutic area units (TAUs) at Takeda. • Built a tool, ProteinMiner, that integrates information from various siloed public biomedical databases and integrated with internal data including OMICs data to establish complex relationships among proteins, diseases, miRNAs, pathways and gene ontology terms for biomarker identification. • Provided real world data insights by leveraging Optum, MarketScan and Flatiron data to perform analyses such as identifying responders vs. non-responders to various therapies.
