With over 20 years of experience in the life sciences and clinical research industry, I have led global teams and large-scale operations across Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Regulatory Consulting, and Biotech Project Delivery, supporting drug development programmes for leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.In my role as Vice President, FSP Biometrics at Parexel, I led global biometrics operations across Data Management, Statistical Programming and Biostatistics, leading multi-regional teams that support complex clinical development programmes. My experience spans the full clinical development lifecycle, with a focus on operational excellence, portfolio delivery, and scalable global delivery models.Throughout my career at Parexel, IQVIA (Quintiles), and GSK, I have built and led high-performing organisations across India, Europe, and the Americas, managing portfolios exceeding $100M and establishing global delivery centres that support strategic partnerships with top-tier pharmaceutical sponsors. My leadership focus has consistently been on operational efficiency, financial stewardship, and sustainable business growth in CRO environments.I am particularly passionate about building diverse and high-performing teams.
