I am currently the COO of Vantari VR, digital health company with a mission to eliminate medical error using Virtual Reality. Enabling doctors, nurses and trainees to practice life saving procedures anytime, anywhere. I am proud of the culture, teams, technology and solutions I have created and implemented over my professional career to enhance healthcare training solutions available in the market. I possess a unique ability to identify subtle business, product, market shortcomings and proceed to implement scalable solutions which fit market needs. I thrive in scaling smaller teams/silos to larger efficient programs. I am passionate about new technology, platforms and digital ecosystems and how they will ultimately shape the future of our civilization. My top three professional achievements, which I am most proud of are:Directing the Blue Phantom division from its initial start up phase through an acquisition to what it is currently, a world leader in ultrasound simulation. Built upon my 4 fundamental pillars: Innovation, Quality, Integrity and Customer Service. Integrating emerging technologies such as Cloud, Mixed Reality and AI into ultrasound solutions to create an efficient training/learning program enabling remote and tele education. Vast portfolio of partnerships and projects that I have been blessed to lead and participated in my career. Projects which are refining how healthcare professionals are being trained as well as enhancing the care healthcare professionals provide to their respective patients.
