There is a growing need to collect, collate and analyse data at Lead5050 to support the great work it is doing. I have joined the team to support the data collection and analysis process. There are many unhelpful and incorrect assumptions surrounding the journey to equality so it is critical that we collect good data to dispel myths and changes people\'s assumptions and beliefs. The flagship of that work is the Lead5050 Certification. We have years of analysis now that we can put to work. The Certification will collect data from the business and attach that to trends and our understanding. We\'ll be able to explain where to put time, resource, training and solutions in place.
