I am an ambitious and dedicated undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the Institute of Innovation in Technology and Management (IINTM), affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. My educational journey has been complemented by a strong foundation in commerce and mathematics from Shah International School, where I consistently achieved commendable grades. My professional experience spans multiple roles where I have demonstrated my skills in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and client management. As a Computer Operations Coordinator intern at Snowcool, I was responsible for overseeing all computer-related operations within the company, generating and managing client quotations, promptly responding to client inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to address client concerns. This role honed my ability to manage operations efficiently and enhanced my communication and leadership skills. At Expert Training Institute, I served as a digital marketer intern. In this role, I successfully managed Google Ads campaigns, achieving a notable decrease in cost-per-click while maintaining high click-through rates. I implemented strategic meta-ads that led to increased conversion rates for targeted landing pages. My efforts in conducting in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis significantly informed content strategy and improved search engine rankings for the institute. I am proficient in website design using WordPress, SEO, PPC, SMO, and MS Office. I have a beginner\'s understanding of SPSS and am skilled in Power BI for data visualization. My ability to develop and implement effective SEO strategies, optimize ads for Google and social media accounts, and create cross-channel social media optimization strategies has been recognized in various positions of responsibility. I have also earned certificates in digital marketing from the Expert Training Institute and in power BI and data visualization from IINTM. Additionally, I am proud of my achievement in sports, having been awarded a First Place Certificate in Handball by the Delhi Government for exceptional performance in zonal sports and cultural competitions.
