About Jagjit Kaur
Hello,I’m a counselling psychologist and PhD candidate in health psychology with over a decade of experience in mental health care. My journey spans individual therapy, mental health startup consulting, and research into behaviour change and lifestyle adherence.Having worked both in private practice and with digital platforms, I bridge clinical wisdom with product insight — helping digital health teams design experiences that feel emotionally safe, engaging, and evidence-informed.Along with my private practice JagjitKaur Therapy in Gurugram, I am also pursuing my part-time PhD in Health Psychology from O.P Jindal Global University, Sonipat.My specialisations include stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem building and lifestyle change habits by applying CBT, Acceptance and Positive Health Psychology based interventions. I also offer EAP services for employees, to enhance engagement and satisfaction at work by taking care of their emotional and physical wellbeing. This journey is about my passion for psychology and software that led to building a novel skillset, combining the knowledge and experience of software development, psychology, and counselling. It has helped me add value to the MindSolace(Reevin Mental Health) website and app by doing the work of software designing, testing,requirement analysis and risk assessment.I care deeply about human-centered mental health — not just what works, but how it feels.
