Managing risks and mitigating by identifying, monitoring, and managing project risks & issues to minimize the impact on the project timeline and budget. Building and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders, including business owners, technology teams and third-party vendors Preparing and presenting regular status reports and executive summaries to stakeholders to keep them informed about the project\'s status, including timelines & milestones. Providing guidance and direction to team members to ensure that they are working towards project objectives and priorities to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.Highlights – Successfully automated data flow from TCL to NHB to comply with crucial regulatory requirements before the deadline, resulting in efficient business processes and compliance with regulatory mandates.
