Training Calendar Roll-out, Ensure the principal and ITI staff support the project and follow-up on regular project deliverables. Liaise with local ITI and Industry for engagement of trainees for the in-plant training for 1 -2 months. Supervise and monitor in-plant training. and objectives aligning with organizational goals. KPI Achievement as per mutual agreement with the Project Head, Reporting compliance, Service\'s Quality.Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results. Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilities. Facilitate the skill development of team members and share learnings with other employees.
