   Currently leading the NYC MTA Station Project, a hour assignment involving detailed structural modeling of metro stations using OpenBuildings Designer and sheet preparation in MicroStation. • Managing a 6-member structural design team from Pune and overseeing coordination and project management activities over a 6-month project duration. • Responsible for Scan-to-BIM development for several NYC Metro Stations, generating accurate 3D models of existing tunnels and structures using point cloud data and record drawings. • Delivering bridge, culvert, and metro station models for the AP and Australian regions, covering SD–DD level drafting, modeling, and multi-disciplinary coordination. • Delivered structural drawings and bar bending schedules using CADS RC with zero major QA/QC issues. • Reduced design rework by 25% through proactive clash detection and model validation in Navisworks and BIM 360. • Developed parametric and non-parametric Revit families compliant with client BIM standards (LOD 400+). • Coordinated As-built, IFC, and scan data for integrated model development. • Mentored a 5-member core BIM team, improving delivery efficiency and maintaining project documentation quality.
