Responsible for all activities involved in new product development< To Monitor the complete process flow(from raw material to finish tool) Maintain corrective action plan against production losses. Maintain breakdown record of cutting tool and their FAR.< To coordinate with inter-department at all the stages such as Marketing, PPC, CRM, Quality assurance, Store. Aware of installation and maintenance of ANCA machine, WIDMA Machine< Having knowledge of diamond wheel pack and their right use of operations. Aware of the manual BFW milling machine and HMT tool cutter machine. Maintain daily production records and process check sheet.< Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments. Control production losses.< Maintain quality of production. Monitor and achieve department objectives.< Making the special geometry tools as per customer needs. Adjust shift. Prepare cycle time and consistency reports.< Supervise and manage of whole manufacturing unit where in prime responsibility includes Drawings, Design and development of new products, Production, Planning (Raw material to finished goods) and quality.Manage a team of competent Engineers, Specialists, to get desired output
