I have completed post graduation in pharmaceutical Quality assurance 2008. I have diversified 13 year experience in Analytical research and development for PHARMA, FOOD, NEUTRA viz. raw material,Intermediate & Finished products development and testing.PROFILE: Analytical method development & validation of finish products of PHARMA,NEUTRA,FOOD.# PHARMACEUTICAL : Analytical method developmemt viz. Assay, Dissolution,particle size, RS etc. Validation,Stability study,Deformulation study (Reverse engineering). Tech. Transfer.# NEUTRACEUTICAL : Analytical method development for Vitamins, minerals, Extracts, semisolids, powders etc.Drug excipient compatability study etc.# FOOD : Analytical method development for inprocess and finished food prodcts.moreover, SOP, STP, validation protocol, Report preparation as per ICH guidelines. Compliance with safety while doing all activities.Trouble shooting of Analytical methods,Instrument,co-ordination for maintainence,Inventry controle,AMC etc.# Adhering to cGMP’s and written procedures in all work practice including risk assessment, systematic approach of Incidences, OOS investigations with corrective actions for prevention of reoccurrence.# Initiate change control, preparation of SOP, Test procedures, review analytical data etc.# Provide supportive work to regulatory, Quality assurance & formulation departments when ever required with documentation.# Maintain lab notebooks, Excel, Raw data with good documentation practice with good IT skills like Word, Excel calculations, Outlook etc.# Proactive and hardworking with a zeal to learn new skills and technologies.# Undertaking any other duties which may be assigned by the organization under all safety conditions on high priority.# Instruments handled:HPLC (waters,Agilent,shimdzu), UV spectroscopy (shimdzu), Dissolution (Lab India, Electrolab), Atomic absorption spectroscopy (Perkin elmer),Ion Chromatography (Dionex 1500). DSC etc.
