   Own and manage Samba TV’s Data Governance across the entire company, with respect to bothconsumer data protection and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our company’sdata. Responsibilities include achieving compliance with data protection laws based on legaldevelopments in each jurisdiction Samba operates (i.e, United States, UK, EEA, Canada, Australia,Japan, and South America); formulating product and system requirements and tracking successfulcross-organizational implementation through mapping of data to privacy controls that are subject tocontinuous improvements; and, implementing and overseeing technical systems and operations tohonor consumer privacy preferences and the exercise of their rights. Additionally, developed,implemented, and now maintain Samba TV’s Information Security Management System by defininginfrastructure and security requirements across the company’s data center and cloud environments inaccordance with applicable frameworks. Manage all company audits, both internal and external,resulting in Samba securing certifications for GDPR compliance and COPPA Safe Harbor, as well asISO 27001. Serve as the company’s principal interface as to stakeholders, both internal and external,including Executives. Represent Samba TV at relevant speaking engagements, industry workinggroups, and the Network Advertising Initiative’s Board.
