Managing the projects from conceptualisation to completion, ensuring adherence to project design specifications and timelines. Responsible to create, update and maintain data using Primavera 6 software or MS project for project planning, scheduling,monitoring, and controlling. Work in conjunction with the Project head and project team in the development of overall project procurement strategy, sequencing,phasing and logistic. Reviewing the planning and scheduling of work on current projects to ensure that activities are effectively planned, resourced, and completed within the estimated budget. Reviewing along with project head, all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with conditions of contracts, particular specifications, general specifications & BOQ. Review & adjust manpower and resources to reduce cost / schedule. Cross checking the BOQs, make estimates. Development of WBS and CBS and its monitoring and control through the project controlling. Prepare L1/ L2/L3 Schedule and Produces practicable CAD engineering plans and cost estimates, resource estimate of the overallproject. Prepare and update master programmes (Detailed project component schedule level- 6) with a proper sequence and logic to ensure correct design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Coordination with CFO to manage the fund flow. Overseeing the installation, testing and commissioning of all projects, ensuring the compliance with safety standards and regulations. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and regulatory authorities to facilitate project execution. Preparation of cash flow and tracking of overall cost.
