A seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry. In my current role I lead a team of about 30 Quality Managers who deliver quality services such as Complaints Investigations, Complaints trending, APQR, Change control, Supplier Quality Management, Document Management and Quality Compliance management for various sites. Efficient resource utilisation, delivery as per agreed KPI matrices and regular governance with Leadership team to identify areas of improvement and collaboration. Building a strong high performing team with a focus on talent development and enrichment. Leveraging automation to gain efficiency.I have worked with different manufacturing facilities such as Solid Oral, Dry powder parenteral, Pre-filled syringes, sachet and API.I have also explored R&D labs in Training and Compliance portfolio. Currently continuing my journey as a Team lead.
