B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, Ph.D(IITKGP), currently working as Director and Senior Professor (Operations and Systems Management) at School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi. He is equally well-versed in both Engg and Mgmt related areas. He has more than 31 years of teaching and research experience in these areas and 9 years of administrative experience. He has worked as an expert in various committees of NAAC and AICTE of Govt. of India. He is guiding research scholars both in Engineering and Management related fields. He has produced 15 Ph.Ds through research in the above areas. He has more than 235 research publications in reputed Journals with good citations. Total citations of my articles till date is 970 with h-index 15 and i10-index 25. He has undertaken several consulting assignments for leading business houses. At present, he is serving as consultant to several Government and Non-Governmental organizations. He has served as a Member of various statutory bodies of several Universities. He has memberships in various Professional bodies and associations. As a member of NAAC and AICTE, Govt. of India, he has c0nducted the assessment and accreditation process of a number of higher education institutions. As a member of different statutory bodies of various universities, he has conducted the assessment of large number of higher education institutions and participated in curriculum development of various courses. He is actively associating with various professional bodies and associations. Currently, he is a member of more than 35 such professional bodies and associations.
