   I manage critical operation on 24x7 x365 basis for MEP infrastructure, ISP and Telco network etc To oversee the strategic planning, daily operations, and optimization of a data center facility KPIs, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security of mission-critical data and infrastructure, while meeting business objectives and regulatory requirements.Testing and commissioning of datacenter from L1-L5 stages to transition from project to operation and support for Uptime Tier-3/4 certificationDriving various ISO certification by creating core-to-cash process for ISO ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301 & ISO 27017 in coordination with various certifying agencies Design and architect DC infrastructure for medium to high densities - floor layout, power infrastructure, network and structured cabling having low latency fiber cabling, working with Telco providers to enable Telco services to datacenter e.g P2P, MPLS, ILL, Cloud connect and IP peering with ISP and IXPs.Creating solution in collaboration with OEM and suppliers for AI compatible workloads meeting cooling for direct-to-chip and Emersion cooling etc ranging from 20 kw to 100 KW,target PUE 1.3 Responsible to create space/power/cooling/low latency fiber network for high density GPUs/CPUs for AI and such applications using in-row cooling. DLC and LIC cooling to achieve PUE 1.02 – 1.3 max Responsible for testing and commissioning of datacenter from L1 to L5 and Uptime certification for Tier-3 /4 in collaboration with Uptime Institute Support from start-to-finish for datacenter migration projects and opportunities - include site assessment, solution design,rack and cabling design and migration plan and execution with help of OEMs and partnersDesigning ultra-high density cooling using in-row CHW units, direct-to-chip ( DLC) cooling and Emersion cooling for AI work loads
