Streamlining and automating the process of operational activities to reduce FTE count. Building new tenant and maintaining the same Security standards as per the parent tenant from Exchange, MDO perspective, migration of mailboxes and troubleshooting post migration issues Research & Implementation of Microsoft 365 DSC and subsequent documentation. Providing new offerings to Accenture users to resolve their pain points and ease of use from Exchange Online and Proofpoint perspective. Research on new offerings from Proofpoint such as Cloud Portal, Threat Protection Workbench, Proofpoint APIs. Research on Copilot Studio and building Copilot Agents based on our needs with Agent Flows so as to maintain Security compliance. Setting up of Tenant Monitoring for entire EXO with powershell scripting. Streamlining deployment of PowerShell Scripts with git based on vscode and Azure Devops in adherence with best practice of coding.
