ABOUT JAGADEESHA JAGA RAJAIYENGAR

I am a Microsoft-certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Expert, and Developer Associate. I have a proven track record of designing and implementing complex cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. I have been designing and developing applications using Microsoft stack and various front-end technologies both on-premises and cloud technology. I am passionate about solving business challenges with technical solutions. Ever since my university, I have always been passionate about IT technologies, my first project in the university in Dbase/Foxbase to solve the bus ticketing system was so fascinating and accelerated me towards an IT carrier.At the beginning of my carrier, I worked in a wide variety of roles like IT trainer, LAN Administrator, Database administrator, Developer, Lead Consultant, and Solution Architect and SME.In my first role in the UK, I was given an opportunity to build a CMS product independently which ended up as a very successful product serving various organisations across the country.Over the past many years, I have gained experience in various industries like the Public sector, financial, Insurance, and Energy sector. Every role is a learning curve and always had something new. I have always been an advocate of writing testable code and automated deployments and guided many teams to add test-driven development as a priority and implement best DevOps Practices like CI/CD.Especially in the last 10 years there has been tremendous growth in frontend technologies like Jquery, Angular, and ReactJS and Could technologies like Azure, and AWS I have always been at the forefront in learning these technologies and implementing them, thanks to the roles I worked in various organisations where they embraced new technologies as soon as possible which helped me to work on a wide range of roles in development and architecture throughout my career and gain real experience quickly. Over the past several years, I have been working on cloud and Microservices Architecture and technologies which helped me learn and take certification exams in Azure and keep up with the change all the time. Along with web development technologies, I have also gained experience in Dynamic CRM, CMS, and AWS, just to name a few.Overall, I find my ability to combine technical skills and leadership skills with my various industry experience incredibly interesting, and I aim to carry my past experiences forward, ensuring I can embrace new technologies while continuing to grow and help deliver innovative solutions to complex business challenges
